Have just got back from a family do in Portsmouth. It seems they did well, drew 1-1 at home with 17 703 turning up at the turnstiles, so hopefully the fans will get behind the team and give the club the lifeline they need. It seems that the 10 players signed recently are on monthly contracts. No-one knows yet how this 10 point 'deduction' wll work out though. (This info is from a family relative who is a true Pompey fan.)

The points deduction is being 'suspended' for an indefinite period - something to do with the legal issues around administration
