Now that Avon has gone, could the Enviro300s be used to up the available seats on the 38? Rather than the MMCs that are on loan from Gillmoss, the bigger buses could help slightly?
41/42 could be in with a chance now as well that Avon has gone. Obviously Stagecoach has quite a few extra services and has openings for more services should they wish to take them on. The Enviro 300s would free up Enviro 200s which are slightly better for new services.
AFAIK, At least 2 gold buses are due to move to Chester so that the 2 becomes an all GOLD route. The rest could go anywhere.

I know we all speculated previously and the 41/42 got ruled out. The situation has changed a lot since Avons demise with Rock Ferry taking on an extra 9-10 Enviro 200 duties (4 on the 22, 5 on the 41/42. I am unsure on the 91 or the 80/82 allocation)

There’s at least one of the ex Kettering deckers (61 reg gold decker), out on service 1 today. I passed it when it was heading south near Ellesmere Port bus station.

15749 is on the 38 this afternoon, would have been the 1435 arrival at Eastham Ferry, 15743 is the following working an hour later to Eastham Ferry....
