Thanks Neukit for providing the link and. Sandy for bringing this to everyone's attention. Good to see some very important links returning especially the 337 (Chorley - Ormskirk) as apart from the Ormskirk - Preston rail service, there are no other links to the general Central Lancashire area.
October's Changes - there's not many:

That last one, for John Shaw, is probably a seasonal cancellation.
Not sure about the John Shaw cancellation with it being in November but my guess regarding the December cancellations is that maybe a different operator will run these services as the date is close to when the £1 million improvement package commences. Could be that the 347 might interwork with the 337 on a new contract/operator.
According to the Dalesbus website, the Bowland Explorer 833 finished in September for the season, but puzzled as to therefore why the cancellation is November. But it's a seasonal one. Returns in 2018.

I understand that the current contracts have been terminated, hence the cancellations that have started to appear. Presumably if the same operator retains the new (improved) contracts, they'll simply submit a new short-notice registration rather than a variation. The new contracts are due to begin on 11th December.
November's changes on the LCC website. Winter timetables introduced on Blackpool Transport services and Stagecoach's 68 between Preston and Blackpool plus the introduction of the Christmas Saturday shopper service X61.

I see that Preston Bus have won the new contract to provide the Ribble Valley services, currently operated by Pilkington's.
Preston Bus have also registered the 76 on the fylde coast, and the 337 & 347 from Chorley through to West Lancashire. Quite a spread of operations for them now
