I find it incredible that there is no longer a bus stop between Pembroke Place and Lime Street, and people that work in the Old Hall Street have to walk from Queen Square or Liverpool One if they have to use the bus. No wonder the Vauxhall district is full of parked cars during the week.

Your comments are quite correct. The business centre of Liverpool has moved in recent years towards Old Hall Street whist buses have moved in the other direction either terminating in Queen Square or Liverpool One which most buses access via Hanover Street. There used to be 82D and 86D routes which ran in via Dale Street. Planners would probably say that you do not an 82D as business people can walk to Cressington, Aigburth or St Michaels stations to travel to Moorfields. That does not apply to passengers who used the 86d or indeed the 79 which now runs down Hanover Street or the 79c via London Road.
My final point -the lack of inward buus stops between Brownlow Hill/Renshaw Street and Hanover Street and between Pembroke Place and Queen Square was obviously decided upon to discourage bus use by city planners who probably do not in the city or have free parking in the city or even worse work from home these days.

Furthermore, the removal of Mann Island terminus by a certain corrupt ex Mayor and his friends in the bogus planning department also alienates any elderly, infirm or even workers from ideal connections via the Ferries and local businesses in and around that part of town.
