Service 244 is re-numbered 481 and extended to Bury via 482/483 route. Service 484 is curtailed to run between Bury and Ramsbottom only with the Ramsbottom-Accrington section replaced by a re-routed X41 service, which is also curtailed to run between Accrington and Manchester only via Ramsbottom.
There is also re-timing of several services including 467/468 and 469, which will see extra journeys added to replace First's withdrawn 468 service.

Thank you for drawing our attention to these changes. For my Manchester trip next week I shall ignore route X41 and postpone it to combine with these changes, preferably once new buses come on route 464.

Logical in that there are already some Streetlites here. Maybe these B10BLEs will be replaced by new Versas in the next year or so?
I wonder if the Red Express changes could lead to it being run by Rosso since it won't serve Blackburn anymore.

Why? It won't go anywhere near Rochdale either!

No, hence the changes in April.

An update fleet list is available on Rosso website, which only shows the new fleet numbers
Rosso are asking for Drivers at a new Blackburn Depot.
New arrivals here are former dealer stock Streetlites SK67FNC and SK67FND.
The new "Tottington line" service started today as well as some other changes to the network as well, caused some confusion with some passengers at Bury, mainly with the 484 with some wishing to go to Haslingden to find out it now terminates at Ramsbottom where you have to change onto Red Express the rest of the way, issue was the driver didn't seem to know this was the case.
Here is two images of the new Tottington Line livery
