Lots of changes in North Rochdale again. Are these changes due to tenders or are they commercial?

Norden has had many cuts, they have nearly entirely lost their link to Manchester, only have an hourly bus to Bury and now only hourly to Rochdale. Services in this area have halved in the last 3 years.
Most certaintly, eventually the 446, 448 or whatever they are called will be eliminated and even many main roads will have no service.
Rossendalbus services in Rawtenstall were being heavily delayed yesterday due to faulty lights outside the fire station as they coming from Rawtenstall Bus Station/Asda direction they were only letting about 3/4 vehicles through at a time, traffic was backing up along Bank Street and St Mary's Way as a result and this was adding upto about 10mins or more to journey times
223 (ex Reading YN05GXU) has been repainted in the latest Rosso livery with an interior refurbishment. Photos at https://www.flickr.com/photos/tyskieman/...otostream/
Changes to some services in the Rawtenstall area from 10 May:

*12 - Sunday service to be operated by Transdev
*244 - Monday-Saturday early mornings and evening journeys to be operated by Pilkington Bus. Sunday journeys to/from Blackburn to be operated by Transdev. Rosso to run short Sunday journeys between Rawtenstall and Haslingden, which continues to/from Bury as service 484.
*473 - Sunday service withdrawn and partly replaced by service 484
*483 - Times changed on Sundays.
*484 - Sunday service introduced between Bury and Haslingden via Ramsbottom and Edenfield, partly replacing service 473. Journeys continue to/from Rawtenstall as service 244.

Rosso tickets will be valid on the LCC-funded 244 journeys operated by Pilkington Bus or Transdev, while a 244 Rider ticket will also be introduced for use on all 244 journeys by all operators on the route.

I think they send them to another company to be painted, possibly the same company Stagecoach use.

Does anyone know what gearbox the B7TL Gemini's (115-124) will have?
