Are we forgetting here that CS is just a brand. The loco is technically on hire to GBRf...
OK to satisfy your accuracy shall we remove the words "hire to" and insert "the". Will that make you happy?

It maybe on hire to GBRF that 67 , but the actual train its hauling is the Caledonian Sleeper.

Could say the same thing about a CS liveried loco working a GBRf train. CS is just a brand and isn't a TOC.
Caledonian Sleeper is a TOC owned by serco.

Well maybe so but all operations are ran by GBRf and before that DB.

Caledonian Sleeper is a standalone franchise , hence a TOC , they hire in locomotives such as the ill fated 73/9 and 92's from GBRF .

GBRF is not a TOC , but a FOC
Last nights Highland Sleeper left Inverness on time but was in trouble at Aviemore. As a result it left there 225 minutes late.
I noted it heading south through Wigan North Western at 0849 behind a Freightliner Class 90. It was due at 0453 which made it 236 minutes late.Further delays swapping between the fast and slow lines south of Crewe made the arrival into Euston at 1159 (252 late).

I commiserate anyone who lost 4 hours in London, especially as it was half today's daylight.
