Stagecoach Manchester and Wigan
RE: Stagecoach Manchester and Wigan
19499 is currently tonight on loan to Wigan Depot and on its way to Wigan on 33 after 19411 broke down outside Bridgwater Hall while operating 21:25 33 Manchester-Wigan service.

Earlier on tonight due to a Police Incident in Trafford Park 250s & X50s were diverted via Talbot Road instead of Trafford Park.

Middleton Hybrid Solo SR 48802 was noted out on 53s tonight inplace of the usual Enviro200 or Enviro300.

More notable changes to add to the 22/25 changes from 23 July.

The 250 and X50 will be re-routed in response to the Metrolink work in Trafford Park. The 250 is re-routed via Europa Way and Westinghouse Road instead of Village Way and Park Way and increased to every 10 mins. The X50 will be re-routed away from Trafford Park/MediaCityUK and will continue down Chester Road before running via Davyhulme Road and Barton Road but reduced to every 20 mins.

The 11/11A will also change with the 11A no longer serving Broomwood and the 11 re-routed via Timperley instead of Shaftesbury Avenue and running a even 15 minute frequency rather then current 4 per hour service now, which creates a 10 minute frequency between Stockport, Cheadle and Gatley with service 11A.

The first of these points to route 22 being withdrawn when route 25 is introduced. A replacement service by First from Bolton to Trafford Centre will be numbered 2 instead of keeping the number 22.

RE: Stagecoach Manchester and Wigan
Confirmed changes to services from 23 July.

250 will be increased to every 7/8 mins Monday-Saturday daytime and every 20 minutes Sunday daytime. X50 will run every 20 mins daily and has a timing point of Warwick Road, which indicates it will stop along the new route along Chester Road. Service 192 will curtail its short journeys between Manchester and Stockport to run between Manchester and Levenshulme only, due to road/bridge works in Stockport.
