Nasty business reckon it's a couple if dead heads messing with a lighter and! Take it there's good CCTV on that bus and hopefully it can be repaired even if much of the upper deck seats/pannels have to be done. Might not be a bad idea for some police patrols on the 10A's until they catch the culprits. What happens when they are, Hmmm.

Hope it's a one off and sadly these fires dont just happen in the region they're common place throughout the country in fact I think this is the first fire of this kind on a decker on Merseyside since Firecracker over a good 15-16 years ago IIRC. Still it's one too many and they shouldn't happen anywhere.

Is E-Leather more flamable than moquette seaating? Looks like that rear seat has literally gone up and unless these idiots used an accelerant (possible?) looks like that went up quite quickly.

Generally the deckers haven't had too much vandalism up to this point and the 10's definitely do need them so lets hope they catch and (hoping) punish those responsible.

What bus was it? Hopefully it can be fixed up and be back on the road.
