So far this whole setup is really confusing & v frustrating for passengers, 3 drivers i've spoken to today agree that all arriva have done is screwed things up once again. I know its supposedly meant to improve reliability but alls they've got emselves so far is a lotta agro off frustrated passengers.

To be honest, every set of changes gets people annoyed for the first couple of weeks or so.
We'll have to wait and see how these work in the long run, when hopefully things like running 15 minutes early won't happen (?!)
