Probably not now, but in my experience, when it was every 30 minutes it was reasonably punctual. Typically, this would be early afternoon back to M'cr. Of course, in those days, the 18 also served UBS (and Grafton Street) every 10 minutes to Piccadilly, but since all Boulevard (in the Hospital grounds) buses stop facing north, the 18 no longer serves UBS - and its been halved to roughly every 20 mins.
