Absolutely agree with First Class on this one. If he(or she) wanted his/hers name to be revealed, I'm sure he/she would, but he doesn't. It helps the forum, and that's all that should matter. It's not an identity forum that could risk the members career.

Looks like one of the manchester-llandudno trains have broken down on newton station platforms.

They are terminating at Newton-Le-Willows at the moment due to the derailed train at Ordsall Lane.

Due to flooding in the Buckley area , services between Bidston and Wrexham Central have been suspended and replaced by buses .

Due to flooding in various locations between Chester and Crewe services are suspended between those locations.

Chester is getting marooned in a sea of flooding , rail replacement buses now in operation between Chester and Shrewsbury , due to flooding at Gobowen .

I think there is an operational reason why services are not terminating at Wrexham General.

Just heard on radio buses are replacing trains between Bidston and Wrexham for the remainder of the day, they didn't say why though.

Train will run on Thurs Wrexham - Penyffordd with buses for the remainder of the journey.

Will only require one of the two units , wonders whether they will still use both sets coupled together or will the other set become spare during the day at Chester.
