Does anybody know which unit out of the 507/508's has done the most miles per passenger on the merseyrail network. Eg which has been the most reliable unit! I'm guessing 507001 but I could be wrong!

They've been absolutely p*ss-poor recently with constant short-formings.

Last weekend should have been the final booked weekend for full 6 car operation on the Southport line until December but there were several 3 car sets out on both days.

Your now just going into the leaf fall season , so probably there will be a slow drop in availability of units as some units will probably need to have there tyres reprofiled on the wheel lathe , the one good thing now is that Merseyrail now have there own and not dependent on another now.

Picked up the new northern line timetable this morning and it looks like the proposed leaf fall special timetable has deffo been scrapped as theres no mention of it and all train times are as normal.
