Not exactly, it wasn't the Chester corridor arriva wanted, they got what they wanted which was a decent share of the 471/2s. Don't forget arriva where running only 472s and they finished around 7pm, and they ran alongside firsts services. They didnt go in to Arrowe park hospital either. So now they get a share of Arrowe park users and they now run until last bus while the last stagecoach 471/2 finishes at 10pm, although when it was first they finished earlier.

The heswall corridor was biased towards Arriva, hence why it was renumbered 471/2 instead of 71/2 and no longer serves BBS heading into Liverpool.

They had influence over one while first had more influence over the other. In my mind it would work better as a simple 50/50 partnership

2 more School contracts have been registered on VOSA, I wonder if they will get more DLPs from Bolton since they have lost the Oasis work

4205t to join 4206/7 at Speke in September as they want numerical buses. The VLWs are to stay for a few years now as Merseytravel have allowed this due to these type of vehicles being DDA. 4204t #brickbus is receiving attention at the pits on Laird and should be out next week. Myllenniums 2451 and 2453 are next to go for scrap.

That's interesting.Will this affect 432/433 or is it as a result of dropping the 2 which may give more of an opportunity to interwork with 464 for driver changeover?

Any indication yet of what will replace the Millenniums and older deckers?

Anyone know what commander has been on the 418/419 all day today which made it out on the 118/119 duty tonight. I'm 90% certain I had seen 2606 on the 410 at 6pm so I don't know think it's that

Birkenhead only have the one Commander as far as I know. Could it have been a Cadet? Birkenhead have 2515 and 2516 (as well as 2638 which is currently on loan to Arriva Buses Wales)
