So do they just drive past passengers despite having dests on, or do they get out at every stop and explain why they can't get on?

If it had desties on then it was covering whilst another bus come out to replace the vandalised one. Desties were blank and interior lights were off otherwise. If i can remember rightly, it had 2 plain clothed officers on.

I think August and November last year they withdrew them from service

I was not sure on them 2 as they was transferred to Arriva the Shires and thats not an area am up on
