Most if not all of the R-reg d Arrows still in service have tax disks that expire in 2013 now.

that is correct for now but with school holidays coming up i think they might be parked up for summer

Are you sure? That is usually frowned upon for safety reasons - that's why buses stopping at depots usually do so outside. It would be a big insurance issue!

I can't see every single one of them getting stored/withdrawn for the summer, some usually do though. Tameside got rid of a load in summer last year if I remember correctly! :P

yes they moved to Oldham and still worked Pioneer school services which resulted in loan after loan 31952 still spends a lot of time there as a spare bus

Hardly likely to go inside the depot with none employees on them! Huddersfield do the same thing on their route 200 which is a stopping service from the town centre but upon arriving at the depot they ask all people who are left to disembark at the stop before going inside the depot with first drivers on. Anyway makes more sense to stop outside the depot rather than going in as its only a 30 second walk surely to the drivers mess room!

Yes im 100% sure! The union at wigan have insisted on it until a bus shelter is placed outside of bryn depot!

Just as an off-topic aside (sorry!), Arriva Skelmersdale used to take passengers into the depot on the vehicles to switch drivers on at least the 375/385 which actually had the depot as a timing point.
