Will the 16/16A serve Saughall Massie or go Direct to Upton from Moreton.

16/16A will not serve Saughall Massie they are taking a intresting route only served by 1 other route

Bit of wishful thinking but i hope that the 16 will follow the impera 98 route from Moreton through to Beechwood and carry on to Upton Village then follow the 17 route. It would be good to have a bus that goes from my house in Beechwood that goes to Moreton and Clatterbridge as i go to Moreton a fair bit and currently working in Clatterbridge. But i highly doubt that would be happening

I can confirm it is not doing the 98 route it will be as follows:

16/16A will travel from Moreton to Arrowe Park via 181 route (Manor Drive and Norwich Drive)

22 has been pulled out of Heswall Lower Village

40/40A times changed

77 will now serve Gayton and Heswall Lower Village also leaving west kirby will do 138 loop up black horse hill, Newton and Darmonds Green and back into West Kirby before heading to Woodside

164 will be every 30 mins and 165 withdrawn

So is the Merseytravel 181 coming off then between Arrowe Park Hospital and Leasowe ?

What is the implication for the 17 of the service 16 ?

all as above i believe this 16/16A and 77 alteration around heswall over 138 section is a trial incase the 138/181 do get pulled or shortened this year as it may be

Lets hope the 138/139 & 181 dont get pulled otherwise A2B will be losing out again, theyve already lost quite a few Merseytravel contracts due commercial services (i.e 101, 171, 172)
