Does make sense for positioning journeys to be operated commercially if there is a financial case for it to be done .

I notice that the 82 is only serves between Fleetwood and Poulton opposed to Fleetwood to Preston when Cumfybus had it. There's sure to be some competition when CBNW start with their 80 service.
