No - these are the Cross Border services out from Bee Network out into Cheshire and Derbyshire
They still need registering with the Traffic Commissioner for that part outside TfGM

And at a stroke, there is no ongoing historic record of changes to bus services within TfGM

That's not what I meant. I was meaning a 279 registration should have been submitted by early November at the latest, if it was a planned part of the Bee Network contract. So did Diamond pick it up at the last minute due to the failure of TfGM to agree terms with Network Warrington for retaining the X5?
