please note, the X4 route between Shopping City to old town, is in negotiations on the route, if it's going via Castlefields or Clifton Rd (Heath School)(Clifton Rd near Runcorn Arriva Depot), it will be Starting/ending at Windmill Hill via Runcorn East etc

3020 was rear ended by a Stagecoach E400MMC on Lime Street this morning, as reported in the ECHO.
