Don't think you'll be able too, according to bustimes.org the solo did the 12.25 to St Helens, & has not reappeared since.

St Helens are short of Pulsars even more so now 3 have gone to Southport they do appear on the 10s occasionally 710 might have been the only vehicle available for that journey.

Until the wheelchair ramp mechanism jammed in Billinge (10:35 from St. Helens), and passengers (including me) had to transfer to the following bus. It seems to have been fixed and resumed service later.
