RE: Merseyrail
i'm sure the last two units that came across to kirkdale where the last units near enough completed or semi completed before the Covid19 pandemic hit .

All further units will be from the Post Covid19 period , hence the gap in units coming

RE: Merseyrail
Would anyone happen to have a list of the 507/508 units which were overhauled (along with the month) from end of 2014 to start of 2016, that they would be willing to share please?

Incident at Liverpool Central today

Anyone know what unit was involved in this incident please?

A few reports from passengers (via social media) who were in this carriage report of flames/explosion and a strong smell of smoke (even before the explosion). It seems an incident occurred at Conway Park station and then at Liverpool Limestreet, both involving 2W37-were both these involving a train fault or was one of the incidents a track/equipment fault on the track?

After coming out of service at Liverpool Central, the unit appears to be have travelled to New Brighton Siding 1 as 5W37, however it does seem to have come back in service again to form 2W49.

If you look at my previous post #3044, the next delivery should be next week.
They should be the next two from St Margrethen (Switzerland) which would be 777012 & 777014 but with the COVID situation, everything is subject to last minute changes
