RE: Stagecoach North East
I've no idea of the extent of the damage away from the burnt areas, nor to I know just how badly burned it was - but looking at it it shuldn't have taken this long to get back into service IMHO. 9 months maybe.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a low priority job for Plaxtn to keep the costs down.

I don't think anyone knows how bad the damage was away from the burnt areas. But I agree it was probably a low priority job, given the fire happened not that long before the E400Hs arrived, which of course enable Slatyford to cover its lose with the examples moving over from Walkergate.

RE: Stagecoach North East
The floating allocation of the Stockton B10BLEs is now becoming more and more noticeable - while 21144 was on normal duties on the 35 (alongside 22656, also could be considered normal but as I understand it the run-out allocation sheets in the depot are for 'New MAN' aka 22011-20/64/65 and 24107-15), 21150 was on the 52/58.

Due to the start of roadwork on Norton Road in Tillery at the site of the new North Shore Academy, in addition to the Maxwell Corner improvements on Stockton High Street and the 70 week 'South Stockton Gateway' work, reliability of service 36/7/8 are currently in pieces. Indeed, a 36s and a 38 this afternoon were turned short in Middlesbrough rather than running through to Park End (the 38 turned is one of the 2 that goes onto 12/610/611 on an evening).

Warning on South Shields, as I mentioned earlier, 22541 is now based there it seems all the Yorkshire MAN Enviro300s are now there, so there's a few B10BLEs now sat spare in the depot (today being 21102/5/36/7/43/6/8).

33491/2 are both still out - normally to be found on the 17/18.

Right - Cheers - Do you think many of the B10BLE's will be out on Monday/Tuesday?
