Not seen 2489 in Birkenhead for some time now but 2629 has been here for about a month now,I presume replacing 2501.

Also 2519 as only just been retaxed MOT until September 2020 Plus showing on this months allocation as still been at Rhyl. So must be repaired

It's not being repaired, it was MOTd not long before the crash and parts have already been used elsewhere. It's still at the depot but not in service.
