Companies in Cheshire have been accepting the Cheshire Stored value card for a while before Contactless was brought in.

Are Warrington the last operator to have Wayfarers in the LCR or are still others? I also assume Link will be getting there new ticketers soon if they are

There are still a few people using the stored value cards. Just last week I topped one up on the bus in Lostock Gralam for a woman. Where the cash fare to Northwich is £2.70 paying with the card costs her £2.30.

There are people using them still but no where near as many as once was. It's good to see the slight discount still being offered with some operators. I don't think it can be long though before it is scrapped as it must be costing them to keep the database etc going. I do wonder how well used they are.

The comment was probably not written the best way, it was meant that companies were accepting stored value cards before new contactless machines came in so the contactless and stored value is completely different technology.

RE: Bus Tracking website
Just a quick one are any operators still yet to receive Contactless Ticketers other than Link and Warrington the reason I keep mentioning it is because Merseytravel state that contactless is on every bus but Link as well as Warrington don’t have it yet and they do operate routes in Merseyside and I’m wondering if Merseytravel have missed anything else off

Indeed, it seems like all the remaining Stagecoach fleets to appear have all done so in the last few days. There's also an edit function now so you can update livery, reg etc. I'm hoping Arriva NW & Wales will appear at some point...….

I suspect that Arriva is reluctant to allow this platform to use its data though Arriva Midlands, Beds and Bucks and Herts do. On Merseyside it would make it easier if all operators were visible rather than having to use separate apps.

I think it will appear at some point...since this bus tracking site was discovered at the beginning of the year, fleets have been added consistently....even Arriva Midlands has far more coverage than a week or two ago.

I notice that the developer is not the fastest at approving edits. Lots of edits pending.

RE: Bus Tracking website
Appears to be a handful of Arriva NW buses showing today, mostly a few Green Lane ones on the 10B, 12, 13 with the odd one or two from other depots (one each in Speke, Wirral, Southport, St Helens, Wythenshawe & Runcorn from what I can see).

EDIT - seems a fair few must have appeared at times https://bustimes.org/operators/arriva-no...t/vehicles
