687 was involved in an incident a while ago and has been used for parts for other solos. But long term VOR

Not heard anything at all about it, you say that but the new Streetlites in Kent for the Sapphire 480/490 replaced 14 plate Sapphire Streetlites on the same routes, could happen but doubt it.

Can think of a few corridors that received new buses around 5 years after the last batch, with those then cascaded to other routes.
