I saw 4211 at least 2x. 1 of which was leaving birkenhead bus stn at roughly 17:57 west kirby bound.

Ive seen 4164 , 4166 , 4170 , 4173 , 4177 in service on the rails today.
4169 is still active in st helens depot but mainly used on schools.

Are any of the remaining DLP & VLWs going to be withdrawn or put into the pool once the rail replacements have finished

They came from the pool, well most did so they will likely go back there or withdrawn completely. With no impending orders for new vehicles I suppose there is half a chance of keeping a couple but at their age can't see there being many.
