That's my thinking, especially as one afternoon journey to Newton starts at LSV. I'm puzzled, however, that Merseytravel haven't stated there are other journeys that run, in a similar style to service 360. Mind you, I don't understand why Merseytravel is so hellbent on making their own timetables for every single service. Why could they not do what TfGM and LCC do, and use each other's leaflets? It would make much more sense just to use the TfGM leaflet. |

TfGM's timetable does show all the times too (and a map, showing the entire route) yet looking on TfGMs website if you search for route 256 (Garston - Ashton Circular) is brings up the Merseytravel timetable from 2008! TfGM does its own full timetable for route 602/603, while Merseytravel also have one for those routes! buses7675 http://dartslf.com/ Light up, light up as if you have a choice,

602/603 I can understand as they both subsidise the 603 (although TfGM administer it). I've just emailed TfGM about the 256 and also the 157 as they are both out of date... they don't pick up on these quickly as they use the Merseytravel leaflets - you'd have thought Merseytravel would email them a pdf file! Mind you, Merseytravel don't show the GM portion of the routes on the map... I really do not understand that. |

Thats one thing that alllllllllways gets to me, why Merseytravel dont show the routes in other areas, ive always found LCC, Halton, CCC, TfGm always show the whole route. Saying that, on some they have started too....but still not all!! So annoying. Even if its just a small bit outside the area, like the 34/320/156, and 47/48s. |

The new 211 (Speke Circular) timetable is now online! Valid from 13th August 2012: 211 (Speke circular) Monday to Friday buses are now operated for Merseytravel by HTL Buses. I thought it might be as when I'd spoke to HTL previously they'd just said they'd won the 211 so for it to have been the Saturday only would have been unusual. Just checked too, the Merseytravel Update page has been corrected now! Other new timetables online now are as follows: Valid from 12th/13th August 2012: 30 (Liverpool - Saughall Massie) This new Monday to Saturday service is introduced by Impera. Running between Liverpool. Liscard, Wallasey Village, Leasowe, Moreton, Town Meadow and Saughall Massie, the service runs every 30 minutes during the day and evening. http://merseytravel.gov.uk/pdf/tt_001/30...02012).pdf 39/39A (New Brighton - West Kirkby) The times are changed. All evening buses are withdrawn. Merseytravel now finally displaying changes between 12-18 August 2012 (all the timetables link above in previous posts): The following services are changing on 12 August: 30 Liverpool – Saughall Massie This new Monday to Saturday service will be introduced by Impera. Running between Liverpool, Liscard, Wallasey and Moreton, the service will run every 30 minutes throughout the day. 39 New Brighton – West Kirby From 12 August until 10 September, all evening buses are withdrawn. The times will be changed. (Evening buses will be re-introduced from 10 September, but will only run between New Brighton and Moreton.) 112, 113 New Ferry – Poluton Lancelyn or Heswall Both services will be operated for Merseytravel by A2B Travel. 130 Dingle – Old Roan The service will be operated for Merseytravel by Impera. 138, 139 Meols or West Kirby – Newton circular Both services will be operated for Merseytravel by A2B Travel. 154, 155 Birkenhead – Prenton or Higher Tranmere Both services will be operated for Merseytravel by A2B Travel. 181 Arrowe Park - Leasowe The service will be operated for Merseytravel by A2B Travel. 196 Prescot – St Helens Monday to Saturday morning buses will be operated for Merseytravel by Stagecoach. 210, 241, 250 Liverpool – Maghull (Ashworth Hospital) All evening and Sunday buses will be operated for Merseytravel by Impera. 211 Speke circular Monday to Friday buses will be operated for Merseytravel by HTL Buses. 319 St Helens - Ormskirk The times will be changed - the service will start later and finish earlier. One bus in each direction will be rerouted to serve Barrow Nook and Bickerstaffe.
