Does anybody now what the current decker situation is at winsford?
In addition to 4215 I have seen several other Volvo Geminis around Nantwich, 4200 & 4207 at least, and what I thought was 4216 but didn't this go some time ago?

Also is Macclesfield's Saphire 4489 now allocated here as a permanent school bus? I've seen it several times over the last few weeks going along the A51 at Tarporley showing a schoolbus symbol and Kelsall on the front.
Seems an odd choice for a schoolbus when there older Volvos' knocking around on 84s and with macclesfield having to use a Winsford Pulsar on the 38 too. Can't be a duff bus because it does go on Chesters on a Saturday though.

4216 is currently with Cymru as far as i know but you're due 4410/21/22 up there this week

4489 deffo ain't allcated to winsford its a macclesfield bus. Plus winsford don't run any sapphire services so they wouldn't need it.

It probably went to winsford for some repair work as macc don't have decent workshop facilities. What normally happens is winsford like nicking a bus that's had work done by them for a while. Also does anyone know when these dreadful minibuses are turning up?

There's been a further update from crosvilleman on the yahoo group stating that 6 minibuses have now arrived, 4700-4705.. 4700-4703 are for Winsford, 4704-4708 will be for Macclesfield.
One went into service yesterday at Northwich, and the other 3 at Winsford are likely to enter service this week. He also states that 4421 has turned up from Wrexham.

Winsford
2 Northwich to Rudheath
4 Northwich to Barnton

Macclesfield
2 Macclesfield to Weston Estate
3 Macclesfield to Weston Estate
4 Macclesfield to Upton Priory
6 Macclesfield to Upton Priory
7 ??????? (Did they mean 5 and 6, rather than 6 and 7)?

I don't like the way the article is written either, as it implies two Winsford services are getting the new buses, rather than two Northwich services operated from a depot in Winsford.

Does anyone know what the Winsford sprinters are running tomorrow? Preferably know times from Northwhich too. I would love to jump onboard as soon as possible. I am happy to try the demo if that is out.
