Oops not good! There's a steady batch of new 66 plate solos coming on stream although the older solos are still going strong.

The only oddball in the fleet is the white solo that's yet to be painted in high peak livery.

Derbyshire County Council reporting that High Peak's 62 and 62A services will be withdrawn at the end of March.

Other Julian Peddle companies also have the odd long term white vehicle too - I wonder if they are his personal property?

Wouldn't imagine so really tbh as the white solos have high peak fleet numbers & branding.

To put it simply, it is either down to maintenance or being way below the 95% expected compliance (usually high levels of non running or very late running). Consequently, the TC could seriously consider cutting or revoking a license.

High Peak are to revise the 58 service from 26th March. The commercial Black Road circular will be cancelled from the same date, presumably the turnaround time on the 58 will be reduced meaning it'll be no longer possible to run it using the same vehicles.

Might be part of something bigger, such as the changes to the 392/3. Unless things have changed recently the 58 interworks with the 1,14, and 392/3 on a complex diagram, rather than a simple 58 - 1 -58

Edit : I think it’s 58 - 14 - 392/3 - 393/3 - 1 - 58 iirc.
