Is it just bootle depot routes that are being re-routed to avoid scotland rd? as the 210,250 & 300 go via scotland rd and get caught up in congestion just as much.

At the moment yes, the Southport routes are staying the same 47/48/X2/300, and still the 52/55/56 going that way so its not everything. The longer routes first.
And the routes make sense to me? Leeds street is nowhere near Norton Street

Towards Liverpool, the bus will turn off onto Lambeth Road; (where as the 54 turns right towards Sandhills, the 53 will turn left); then right along Smith St, Straight along Great Homer St, St Anne St, Norton St and down London Road into Lime St and Queen Sq.

The return is the reverse, except going past the Queensway Tunnel, the 53 will turn right up Hunter st and then left onto St Anne St.

Nothing unusual in that, perfectly normal. 61 is mix between all types of dart and deckers, every now and then you get pulsars & cadets as well. so anything goes

Two Enviro 400s are on the 345 4412 is on the Skelmersdale board, the other is on the journey behind i was unable to identify it
