It's only because Manchester like Birmingham will be introducing a Clean Air Zone & going min Euro 6. Rotala aren't interesting in upgrading existing vehicles, they now prefer to buy brand new Micro Hybrids and take advantage of various rebates / low emission funding available etc. |
