RE: Crosville Club
It's worth noting that the legislation doesn't state that kids have to remain in school to 18, rather that they have to be in full time education or training. Also worth noting that in 2006 (latest figures I can find), 76.2% og 16-18 year olds were in full time education or training, so only ~25% would be affected by this. As far as I can see, the act will change nothing really - it won't stop people leaving for apprenticeships or college, only those who drop out and do nothing really, so it can only be a good thing. |

Where has our summer disappeared to this year ? It seems to be a never ending outlook of rain showers a bit of sun then more rain and showers. These days our summers always seem to be a guessing game of who will be flooded next , we have had Boscatle , Cirencester , Cockermouth and the usual riverside flooding of the Ouse at York and the Severn at Shrewsbury. According to Phillp Avery at Met-Office we can expect more rain on Wednesday after the drenching we get tonight. |

RE: Crosville Club
Best I can suggest is turn it off, battery out, SIM out (if it has a removable case take that off) then either put it on a radiator (though in this weather I guess they'll be off!) or get a hair dryer out and attempt to dry it - Leave it in airing cupboard for a few days or somewhere else warm to attempt to get all the moisture out. All being well that might work, if not sadly, its broken. Biggest thing to not do is try to turn it on when wet, that could short it out and knacker it even more than it already is! buses7675 http://dartslf.com/ Light up, light up as if you have a choice,

Really you need to leave it for several days or even a week to dry properly. |
