507003 & 507029 moved ECS from Southport to Birkenhead North Depot today, via Kirkdale C.S. All 4 remaining 507s are now in the shed at Birkenhead North depot, with 001 & 029 due next to Newport (probably on Monday). It appears the 507s have worked their last passenger service last Thursday morning (28th November) with the 0902 Liverpool Central to Southport service (2S12), worked by 003 & 029. Sad times.... |

The 507 preservation society will then arrange collection. The society have actually been at Sims today, stripping 507007 and 018 of parts. |
