I don’t know I’m afraid but Lawley st FLT has had a regular traffic flow to Southampton for over 40 years, I wonder if some of Southampton’s traffic is being redirected to Liverpool. It also had a daily service to Holyhead until that closed so maybe some Irish traffic is coming here as well |

At Crewe yesterday the 1418 Trafford Park to Felixtowe hauled by 66413 and running approx 45 late passed through the station at 1600 hours. An unusual sight as the freights normally use the Independent Lines. All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles |

RE: Freightliner
I noticed that the Seaforth to Hams Hall liner train has been running this week. I’ve certainly not seen this one running before, at least not in this week’s path. Maybe someone can confirm this one way or the other |

RE: Freightliner
It has been running for several months but last week recessed at Basford Hall overnight. ; Whether it was engineering work or a shortage of drivers, as the booked 22.11 arrival would need a seperate driver and van/taxi transport, I don't know. |
