I was going to look to see if they were multiple limited companies which would allow them to sell off part of the operations or for the directors to go separate ways and one to have the bus operations and another to have the coach operations.

That's exactly what it is. They already have multiple trading companies. Little gem is a renaming of the existing goodwins classic coaches.
