One thing that has been noticed now is there is never really a quiet phase as such down there , its busy from the minute most of the shops open , the new eateries where KFC is located ate up pardon the pun vital car parking spots .

If they realised how busy the retail park was now , im sure they would never sold off the land behind for housing on what was an even bigger car park.
