List of changes from Lancashire County Council. No details on new operators:

1 Silverdale Shuttle: Will merge with service 51
1 Preston Park & Ride: Preston Bus to run commercial service between Walton-le-Dale and Preston, while Portway served by service 89.
1A/1B/1C Burnley: Evening service until 2000 and Sunday daytime service run commercially by Transdev. Late evening journeys withdrawn.
2 Burnley: Evening service until 2000 and Sunday daytime service run commercially by Transdev. Late evening journeys withdrawn. Developer funding still exists for evening/Sunday service between Nelson and Higherford, discussions ongoing.
2 Accrington: M&M Coaches to run service commercially.
2 Clitheroe: Service to merge with service 4 to/from Peel Park and run between Low Moor and Peel Park via Clitheroe. Chatburn, Grindleton and Sawley served by service 7.
2A Preston: Stagecoach to run service to/from Ormskirk commercially Mon-Sat daytime only.
2C Ormskirk: Withdrawn.
2C Blackpool: Evening and Sunday service withdrawn. Mon-Sat daytime service runs commercially
3A Ormskirk: Revised to run between Burscough and Appley Bridge via Skelmersdale only. Connections with service 2A at Burscough to/from Ormskirk. Wrightington Hospital unable to be served within new timetable.
4 Clitheroe: Replaced by service 2.
4 Preston: Stagecoach to run service commercially with some timetable changes. Peak-time journeys extended to Chipping. Evening journeys withdrawn.
4/4A/5/5A Accrington: Saturday service withdrawn. Weekday service continues commercially.
4/5 Burnley: Evening service until 2000 and Sunday daytime service run commercially by Transdev. Late evening journeys withdrawn.
5 Lancaster: Evening service until 1930 and Sunday daytime service run commercially by Stagecoach. Late evening journeys withdrawn.

15 Blackburn: Service continues on reduced 2-hourly frequency, serving Brockhall and Langho, partly replacing service 25. Evening service withdrawn. Darwen Coach Services running D15 service between Blackburn and Mellor Brook.
22 Blackburn: Transdev to run Sunday morning journeys commercially. Late-evening journeys withdrawn.
24A Chorley: Evening/Sunday service to continue in partnership with Chorley Borough Council and LCC.
25 Blackburn: Replaced between Langho and Blackburn only. No journeys to/from Clitheroe.

68 Preston: Stagecoach to take over Mon-Sat evening journeys from Preston Bus on commercial basis. Sunday evening journeys withdrawn.
74 Fylde: Service partially retained with revisions to route between Fleetwood and Poulton, partly replacing service 75. Cleveleys no longer served.
75 Fylde: Service partially retained running 2-hourly between Preston and Poulton only.
