RE: Lancashire County Council Service Changes
March 2016 changes. A lot quieter than it will be in April:

LANCASTER SERVICES
555 Lancaster – Kendal – Keswick (STC leaflet)
From 19 March 2016 Stagecoach in Cumbria will revise the timetable, adjusting a number of journeys for the summer period.

RIBBLE VALLEY SERVICES
5B Chipping – Longridge – Ribchester – Blackburn
5C Chipping – Longridge – Ribchester – Clitheroe (Leaflet 103)
From 22 February 2016 Lancashire County Council will introduce these new services as partial replacements to Services 5 & 15, which were withdrawn after 20 February 2016. New Service 5B will operate every two hours Monday to Saturday daytime between Chipping and Blackburn via Longridge, Ribchester, Salesbury, Knowsley Road, Pleckgate and St. Mary's College.

New Service 5C will operate every two hours Monday to Saturday daytime between Chipping and Clitheroe via Longridge, Ribchester, Hurst Green and Whalley.

Services 5B & 5C will interwork to maintain an hourly Monday to Saturday daytime service between Chipping, Longridge and Ribchester. Holmeswood Coaches will operate these services on behalf of Lancashire County Council.

14 Accrington – Great Harwood – Whalley – Clitheroe (PIL leaflet)
From 22 February 2016 Pilkingtonbus will introduce a new Service 14. Operating on a commercial basis without any subsidy, this new service will partially replace LCC's Service 14/14A withdrawn after 20 February 2016. New Service 14 will operate generally every 90 minutes Monday to Friday daytime between Accrington and Clitheroe via Rishton, Great Harwood and Whalley. Key journeys to and from Clitheroe Schools will be provided.
