To be fair, the whole ticket availability issue could be solved if NX was able to have the travel centre open during their hours of operation (were they 24 hours at Norton St?). Merseytravel could also strike some sort of deal with NX so that NX sell and renew Solos and Trios so there is convenience for local shift workers as well. There needs to be a fully symbiotic relationship between Merseytravel, NX and the local operators. I'm sure things will evolve with time; it seems this was all done in haste so problems will be dealt with as they arise.
