I guess they don't have the same power to roll it out as quickly as London. It's no small feat- it's got to work 100% across all buses, all train stations, on the ferries, it needs to work in automatic ticket machines, newsagents.. I'd rather it took an age to roll out than have it done in a few weeks and nothing work.
