Back after a week's holiday and the latest Solos are YJ15 ACX/ACY/ACZ/ADO/ADU, fleetnumbers unknown. None of the new Solos are yet in service. Accident victim 34717 is now back in service looking very smart and the remains of 34589 which donated its front end are parked outside the garage.

"New" open-top 17490 entered service a week ago but broke down this morning so there was a two-hour break on service 78 (Keswick-Seatoller). With engineering back-up 30 miles away and buses fifteen or more years old and not exactly having had an easy life, it is not a good set-up. The other open-top 17489 is currently being painted. Kendal depot's 34616 has been prepared for repaint, presumably into green livery.

18330 is still laid up in Carlisle. I have just noticed that 20219 is no longer here, not sure what has happened to it.
