I've heard from an irregular but trusted source there is a good chance that Green Lane depot could receive more (between 16 and 18) double deckers from of the 2015/16 order for the 14. It's unknown what any new double decker stock would be replacing at Green Lane - but my money is on the Commanders and "Classic" Pulsars being redeployed to replace Y-reg saloons at other depots. Let's hope it happens - because the 14/14A desperately needs extra capacity

I do agree with you on the point you have made there Shaun - whilst the 10/10A has needed double decker capacity for a long time - I just don't think the passenger numbers are there for both operators to operate double deckers on the 10/10A and 14/14A
