Remember guys just because its untaxed does not mean its scrapped, it could have been sold to someone elsewhere, remember NEW Tax rules now state that any vehicle being sold to a new owner the previous owner can claim all the remaining Tax left on the vehicle so it could have had its tax taken of and then sold hence the Tow.
