Further to my last post, I'd also consider keeping a lane free on Scotland Road and Byrom Street for buses and emergency services to use, and the roundabout at the entrance to the Birkenhead tunnel should be policed to ensure traffic can flow out of the city centre and isn't cut off by a constant stream of vehicles off Scotland Road. |
