It has occasionally, (two or three times in so many years), ran to Liverpool South Parkway in service, then ECS to Lime Street so the paths are available for passenger use. Needs to go on Platform 4 at LSP though. The train starts the day on the Warrington - Ellesmere Port shuttle, then reverses around Helsby & runs empty to Chester arriving 07:26. Currently arrives Runcorn at 08:13, departs at 08:16, then fast lines through to LSP, arriving at 08:24, then slow lines to Platform 3 at Lime Street arriving 08:36. It then works 2F26 09:16 Liverpool to Warrington BQ, so 40 minutes sat around at Lime St. |
