Hard time for arriva rhyl as the 11, 12 and 83 83A and 85 are all on diversions
Simple diversion for 11 in Saltney, not causing any issues. Locals diversion now finished. The blue bridge has only been closed a few hours so we're unable to tell how it will affect the service.
