The next problem you would have if you sent all of those buses up Hanover Street and Elliot Street loop would add to the slow moving traffic in Hanover Street , yet another road not really built for the amount of buses used now let alone if you add any more .

Oh and another thing bus stop allocation in the Elliot Street loop , its bad enough that rail replacement buses can not be found a stop nearer to Liverpool Central than in front of St George's Hall.
