A quick google found this information on the Arriva website

Quote:Diversion Notice Routes 3, 4, 11 & 12 Saltney area

Flintshire County Council will begin work for a Cycle Lane along Chester Road at Airbus from Monday 19 January 2015, for a period of 10 weeks.

Due to this construction work buses will be unable to operate towards Chester from Broughton Retail Park.

Services will operate as normal to Broughton Retail Park then divert via the A55 and then Wrexham Road to Chester. A shuttle bus will operate between Sandy Lane in Saltney and Chester City Centre.

Services from Chester towards Broughton Retail Park are unaffected.
