3996 only saw service for a few weeks, it's now gone along with 97 & 99, in service now are 3987, 3990, 3992 & 3998. 3984 needs a gearbox. (I'm away so unsure if 3990 made it into service, however I was told last night it should have entered service today all be it Un branded).
